The privacy policy adopted by CAYAD aims to allow you to decide in a free and informed manner about the processing of your personal data. In accordance with Article 16 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, every person has the right to the protection of their personal data, access, rectification and cancellation thereof, as well as to express their opposition in the terms that the Law provides.

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, CAYAD, who acts as a controller, will use the following personal data: identification data, contact data, employment data, financial or patrimonial data and academic data.

Exercise of ARCO rights
